Maria Carillo High School Association

The Parent Association seeks to enhance all students’ educational and social experiences, support MCHS and its staff, and promote active parent, staff, community, and business involvement in MCHS.

Supported programs include after-school tutoring, Senior Poetry Night, the Math Steeplechase, and The Global Economic Summit, the Academic Decathlon, Student of the Month lunches, and all of the Academic/Athletic/Arts awards given each year, and more. Funds also support teachers and their classrooms. Examples of these items are Bio Tech lab supplies, copy paper, Chromebook Carts, classroom WiFi, and Jupiter Grades. A portion of the budget goes to campus improvement, including purchasing emergency supplies, campus beautification, paying school staff to work at Orientation, and refreshments at school events such as Prospective Puma Night. This group is supported through the Oliver’s Community Card.
