Sparkling Sangria
This sangria is perfect for a Mother’s Day brunch!
- Serves: 4-6 people
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Champagne, chilled
- 1/4 c. Brandy
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier
- 1/4 c. Superfine Sugar
- 1 c. Strawberries, halved
- 3 Oranges, sliced in rounds
- 1 pint Blueberries
- Ice
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine brandy, Grand Marnier, and sugar, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add fruit and ice, then top with champagne, stir once to mix. Serve immediately.
