Oatmeal with Honey-Roasted Walnuts
Almond milk and homemade honey-roasted walnuts take this healthy classic and give it a protein-packed punch!

Ingredients
- 1 c. Silk Almond Milk
- 1/2 c. Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 c. Diamond Walnuts
- 3 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine cinnamon and honey; add walnuts and toss to coat. Spread walnuts in single layer on baking sheet and bake until toasted, stirring occasionally, about 10-20 minutes. Allow nuts to cool completely before transferring from the baking sheet to a container.
Heat almond milk in a medium-sized saucepan; when just boiling, add oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Serve with honey roasted walnuts.
