Rosé and Berry Mojito
On sale this week at Oliver’s is Charles and Charles Rosé wine, and this pleasantly pink cocktail brings plenty of rum flavor but is mellowed with this fruity rosé and fresh rasberries.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Charles and Charles Rosé Wine
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce silver rum
- soda water & ice
Instructions
In a large glass, muddle together mint and raspberries with simple syrup. When well muddled, add ice and remaining ingredients.
Stir well, then top with soda water to finish.
