Find your perfect match here: Bay Area Beers & Bites

For the uninitiated, February is an important month in the world of beer, and the Bay Area is no exception to this rule. Along with our annual local pilgrimages for Russian River Brewing’s Pliny the Younger, Lagunitas Brewing’s Waldo, or Henhouse’s Big Chicken, Bay Area brewers – and beer aficionados — all get behind SF Beer Week, which is February 11-20 this year.

If skipping traffic and tolls to create your own cool beer experience without leaving your house appeals, we have a real treat for you this week at Oliver’s! In honor of SF Beer Week, a couple of our Wine and Gourmet Cheese Department experts put their heads together and paired eight outstanding Bay Area beers with Bay Area cheeses and salami, and many of these brews and cheeses hail from right here in our own backyard! The result is a delicious exploration of a wide range of pairings, with one that is sure to become your favorite go-to match-up.

Fasten your seatbelt and take your tastebuds for a ride with these fantastic pairings! Cheers!
