Corned Beef Sliders
Corned beef sliders on Hawaiian rolls make a festive alternative to the traditional St. Patrick’s Day meal! These easy party sandwiches can also be served year round as Game Day appetizers and crowd-pleasing party food. Sliders are also a great way to use leftovers from a corned beef and cabbage dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 King Hawaiian Rolls
- 3/4 pound cooked Oliver's Choice 100% Angus House Brined Corned Beef Brisket
- 6 ounces sauerkraut
- 7 slices swiss cheese
- Mustard Sauce: 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey mustard, 2 tablespoons Guinness Stout Beer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice King Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in a glass baking dish.
Add sliced corned beef brisket on top of the rolls.
Layer sauerkraut on top of the meat.
Place slices of swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
Mix all the ingredients for the mustard sauce and spread over the open sandwiches, then place the top of the roll onto the cheese to complete the sandwich.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is heated through.
