Mama Mel’s Bakery

We started working with Mama Mel’s last year in our Deli, where we use Mama Mel’s bread for all Gluten Free sandwiches. Our Deli Coordinator, James Schwedhelm, was immediately taken with the quality and flavor of the product, and it has been a very successful introduction.
