Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Did you know that you can use Apple Cider Vinegar for a comparatively mellow, slightly sweet kick of acidity in glazes, slaws, dressings/marinades and sauces?
For a year-round, you’ll-never-get-tired-of-it salad dressing, check out this recipe:
- Serves: 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a glass Mason jar, seal the lid and shake until the honey dissolves and the ingredients are well combined. Adjust flavor to taste if necessary.
Leftover dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
