PB & J Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Milk of choice
  • 2 tsp. Garden of Life Sport Creatine Monohydrate + Probiotics
  • 2 Tbsp. Natural peanut butter
  • 1 ½ C. Frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or a combination
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed
  • ¼ C. Rolled oats
  • ½ to 1 tsp. Strawberry jam, optional
  • 1 Scoop Garden of Life protein powder or collagen peptides, optional

Instructions

  1. Use a spoon to drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of peanut butter on the bottom and sides of your serving glass. Set aside.

  2. Place milk, creatine, remaining peanut butter, frozen berries, flaxseed, oats, and optional jam and protein powder in a blender.

  3. Process on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

  4. Pour smoothie into the serving glass and serve.
