Simple Roasted Butternut Squash – Using Oliver’s Fresh Cut Fruits & Veggies

What could be easier than throwing fresh, pre-cut, butternut squash on a pan, tossing it in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and throwing it in the oven? We can’t think of much…maybe besides if someone spoon fed us…

Try this recipe as a perfect quick and easy side dish alongside some chicken or steak!

  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) container Oliver's Fresh-cut Butternut Squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange the butternut squash on a baking sheet.

  3. Roast in the preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25-30 minutes.
