Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows
Chocolate-covered strawberries have become the go-to Valentine’s Day dessert– but they’re certainly not the only thing that tastes good with chocolate!
Ingredients
- 12 marshmallows
- 2 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 3 tbsp. toppings (chopped nuts, sprinkles, coconut shreds, etc).
Instructions
Microwave chocolate in a large microwaveable bowl on high, stirring every 10-15 seconds, until smooth.
Dip half of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drop off.
Sprinkle with desired toppings
Serve immediately or chill until firm, about 20 minutes
