Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Performs all duties and responsibilities of Wellness Clerk
- Aid manager in leading and managing staff
- Aid manager in creating weekly schedules when necessary
- Develop and train new and existing employees
- Attend meetings and training’s
- Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted profit margin
- Order and replenish product
- Maintain and organize displays
- Provide excellent customer service
- Delegate tasks
- Analyze sales data
- Complete administration work

- A basic understanding of how business works
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors
- Ability to work well with others
- Follow and enforce all applicable State of California Health and Safety Codes
