Sonoma Brinery™ was built on passion for great pickles and sauerkraut. Beginning with barrel fermented kosher pickles, then expanding to wild fermented sauerkraut, their products are all-natural with incredible flavor, crazy good crunch and loaded with probiotics. Founded by Dave Ehreth in Healdsburg in 2004, they are family-owned and operated with 20 employees. They are proud to offer their handmade pickles and sauerkraut in partnership with Oliver’s Market thanks to their unique range of products and dedication to the local community.
