Bella Rosa Coffee focuses on roasting 100% Organic, Fair Trade, and Shade Grown Coffees. Their roasting equipment is singularly unique in the world. They use hot air, or convection style roasting rather than antiquated drum roasting, resulting in unbelievably smooth and flavorful coffees using 85% less energy than other roasters. Their facility, located near the Santa Rosa Airport, is capable of producing one million pounds roasted coffee per year.
