Wild West Ferments, started in 2010 by Luke Regalbuto and Maggie Levinger, provides locally crafted fermented foods and beverages made from local, organic produce. It was born by the encouragement and support of their community. Wild West Ferments continues to grow as a company that strives to be the best it can be, for the friends and family that work to create the products, for the farmers it supports, and for the health of customers, community, and planet.
