Wolf Coffee

“Wolf Coffee was founded in 1990, in Sonoma County, using the Wolf Pack as a metaphor for the creation of a soulful business.  Our coffees are hand blended and then roasted in our 1960’s Probat roaster without the use of technology or automation.  We use our sense of smell, sight, and experience to determine, down to the second, when the coffee is roasted to the peak of perfection!

Wolf Coffee entered its second generation of family ownership and operation in 2018.  New President, Nick Castelli, brings dynamic leadership, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for food and flavor.  Nick is keenly aware of the importance of family and community and will continue to create incredible coffees as a vehicle to support both.
