Artichoke & Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) Block Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (14oz) Can Artichoke Hearts, drained
- 1 1/2 C. White Cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 C. Parmesan, shredded
- 1 C. Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 2 C. Lump Crab Meat, rinsed
- 1 Shallot, finely minced
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 C. Chives, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Crostini or Crackers (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all dip ingredients in a large bowl until fully mixed; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet or a large, oven-safe ramekin.
Bake dip about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and dip is bubbling hot.
Allow dip to sit for 5 minutes before eating. Serve with crostinis or crackers for dipping.
