Artichoke & Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (14oz) Can Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 1 1/2 C. White Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 C. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 C. Lump Crab Meat, rinsed
  • 1 Shallot, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 C. Chives, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Crostini or Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Combine all dip ingredients in a large bowl until fully mixed; season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet or a large, oven-safe ramekin.

  4. Bake dip about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and dip is bubbling hot.

  5. Allow dip to sit for 5 minutes before eating. Serve with crostinis or crackers for dipping.
