Black Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Cloves black garlic, mashed into a paste
  • ½ C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. n a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and black garlic paste.

  2. Stir well until the black garlic is fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Use as a dip for fries, sandwiches, or as a sauce for grilled meats or veggies.
