Blue Lagoon Smoothie
Do not adjust your computer screen – that color is real! This smoothie bowl gets it funky shade of blue from nutrient-rich spirulina, but it gets its flavor from exotic white dragonfruit. Top it with your favorite fresh fruit, seeds, and coconut shreds for a psychedelic meal that’s just a step away from a tropical beach.

Ingredients
- 1 c. Frozen White Dragonfruit
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 c. Frozen Pineapple
- 1 c. Full-Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/4 c. Cold Water
- 1/4 tsp. Spirulina Powder
- Fresh Fruit, Seeds, Coconut, etc. (for serving)
Instructions
Combine frozen fruit, coconut milk, water, and spirulina in blender. Puree on high until smooth and creamy, then transfer to a chilled bowl. Top with favorites like fresh fruit, granola, chopped nuts, or seeds!
Enjoy it as a healthy and fun breakfast, lunch, or snack.
