Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Now is the time to explore the possibilities of the bulk department! Break up with pre-packaged mixes and do it yourself!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and store in a quart-sized Ziploc or Mason jar. Write instructions on the bag or jar to add: 1 stick softened butter, 1 large egg, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix everything and bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
