Clementine Fizz

This Clementine Fizz made with Torresella Prosecco is the perfect nightcap or any time cocktail but doubly so on New Year’s Eve! Similar to a mimosa, it’s the right mix of bitter, sweet, and utterly luxurious.

Ingredients
- 2 Clementines, juiced
- 1 oz. Campari
- Torresella Prosecco
- Clementine Segments (garnish)
Instructions
Pour the clementine juice into a cocktail glass or champagne flute and add Campari. Top with Torresella Prosecco.
Add a few clementine segments to the glass before serving.
