Elderflower French 75 Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 St. Elder Natural Elderflower Liquor
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 (750ml.) bottle Pizzolato Spumante Brut Rose
- lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
Add gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into champagne glass. Top with La Vielle Ferme Brut. Garnish with a lemon twist.
