Fettuccine with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 Package Oliver's Own Linguini
- 2-1/2 lb. Fresh broccoli
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 C. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cut florets and tender parts of broccoli stems into bite-sized pieces.
In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, sauté broccoli with garlic, oil, butter, salt, pepper and cayenne over medium heat until just tender, 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place hot pasta in a serving dish; top with the broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
