Add a commentWondering if protein powder can be incorporated into this recipe, as collagen is not a complete protein on its own?

Hi Sharon! Thank you for your question-of course! any additional ingredient that would combine well with the others is appropriate to add, especially when it will enhance the nutritional quality of the recipe. As part of the Garden of Life products that we offer at Oliver’s Market are a variety of plant based and non plant based protein powder supplements; look for them in our Wellness Departments!

What is the measurement for “two scoops” of collagen? Thanks 🙂

Hi Betty, that is a good question! The Garden of Life Collagen Peptides come with a plastic scoop in the container, and the recipe is refering to the plastic scoop as a unit of measure. My colleagues and I will try to find an answer for you and will let you know-thanks for your comment!
