Justin’s® Cinnamon Almond Butter Snickerdoodles
Who doesn’t love a soft snickerdoodle? If that’s why you’re here, you just hit the jackpot. This recipe is loaded with JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter for a nutty sweet taste to surprise your taste buds. I like these so much I usually make an extra batch for myself so I don’t have to share with my kids.
Ingredients
- ½ cup JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil, softened
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅓ cup Sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, cream together the coconut oil, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter, and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls.
In a small bowl, stir together ⅓ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Roll each dough ball in the sugar mixture and place on a baking sheet. Press down slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until done. Cool completely.
