Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Garden of Life Doctor-Formulated MCT Oil
  • 1/4 c. Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl, then season to taste with salt and black pepper.

  2. Use to dress salads, roasted veggies, grilled meats, and more!
