Ooey Gooey Cheese & Bread
We’ve found the perfect cheese to melt atop your favorite soup! We recommend melting the Red Witch Melting Cheese over the Bacon Gruyere with a few slices of La Brea French Baguette! This recipe is so simple and so easy to make on a chilly winter’s evening.
Ingredients
- 1 pint Oliver's Own Bacon Gruyere Soup
- 1-2 slices Red Witch Melting Swiss Cheese
- 1-2 Slices La Brea Baguette
Instructions
Pour soup into an oven-safe bowl and heat up under the broiler for a few minutes to get soup warm.
Pull soup out, and put some bread slices on top.
Layer Red Witch cheese slices on top of bread and put back into the broiler.
Broil for a few minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted.
