Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
These crispy, crusty pork chops get a punch of flavor from parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 Oliver's Natural Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 C. Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp. Rosemary
- 1 tsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- 1 C. Flour
- 3 Eggs, beaten with 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
Instructions
On a plate, combine herbs, salt, and pepper with flour; on a separate plate, mix panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set up a breading station - start with flour, followed by egg wash, followed by panko-parmesan mixture. Coat pork chops first in flour, then in egg, then in panko; for a thicker crust, dip again in egg then again in panko.
Heat oil in a large pan. Sear pork chops on each side until the crust is crisp and golden, the center of the chop is firm, and the juices run clear.
