Radish Sprout Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch radish sprouts
  • ¼ C. Pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • ¼ C. Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Garlic cloves (or 1 for milder flavor)
  • ¼ C. Olive oil (Approximately)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except oil, to the bowl of a food processor. Lightly pulse to create a rough mixture.

  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the bowl while continuing to lightly pulse. Work slowly, to not over-process the ingredients or to add too much oil. Continue until a paste is formed.
