Rosé and Blackberry Mojito

- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 Fresh mint leaves
- 3 Fresh blackberries
- 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
- Ice
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Rosé of Sangiovese
- 1/2 oz. Silver rum
- Fever-Tree soda water
Instructions
In a large glass, muddle together mint and blackberries with simple syrup. When well muddled, add ice and remaining ingredients.
Stir well, then top with soda water to finish.
