Rosé Margarita
Learn more about everyone’s favorite blushing beverage and find your new favorite sipper at Oliver’s! Give your margarita a makeover with delicious Honoro Vera Rosé! This pleasantly pink cocktail brings plenty of tequila flavor but is mellowed with this fruity rosé and fresh strawberries. Enjoy it alongside fresh fish tacos or spicy shrimp fajitas for the perfect bite.

Ingredients
- 1 (750ml) bottle Honoro Vera Rosé, kept cold
- 2 oz. Tequila Blanco
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 tsp. Demerara Sugar
- 3 Fresh Stawberries, washed/hulled & quartered
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Fresh Lime Wedge
- Ice
Instructions
Muddle lime juice, lime wedge, strawberries, and sugar in a the bottom of a cocktail shaker for about 1 minute. Add ice, then pour in tequila and Triple Sec. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is well-frosted.
Strain margarita into a chilled glass over ice, and top with chilled Honoro Vera Rosé. Stir gently to combine, then serve.
