Smoked Salmon Tostada

Ingredients

  • 4 Eureka Everything & More tortillas
  • Oil spray
  • ½ C. Thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese, Room Temperature
  • 3.5 oz. Regal Smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers, drained
  • ¼ C. Fresh dill fronds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.

  2. Arrange the tortillas on the prepared pan and lightly spray oil on each side.

  3. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until the tortillas are crispy, about 15 minutes.

  4. When the tostadas are ready, spread each one with a dollop of cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons).

  5. Arrange flakes of the smoked salmon on each tostada and top with the sliced red onion.

  6. Sprinkle with the capers and dill fronds and serve.
