Sparkling Sangria

This sangria is perfect for a Mother’s Day brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Champagne, chilled
  • 1/4 c. Brandy
  • 1/4 c. Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 c. Superfine Sugar
  • 1 c. Strawberries, halved
  • 3 Oranges, sliced in rounds
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine brandy, Grand Marnier, and sugar, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. Add fruit and ice, then top with champagne, stir once to mix. Serve immediately.
