Yuzu Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • ¼ C. Butter
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. Medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until soft, about 2 minutes.

  2. Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook, Flipping as needed, until the shrimp are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro. Enjoy immediately.
