Protein Pairings – Vanilla Coffee Shake
Start your day off right! These smoothies are paired perfectly with some of our favorite protein powders. It’s good for your body, and your taste buds!
- Serves: 1 smoothie
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup low-fat coffee-flavored ice cream
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
