Protein Pairings – Wild Berry Shake
Start your day off right! These smoothies are paired perfectly with some of our favorite protein powders. It’s good for your body, and your taste buds!
- Serves: 1 smoothie
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 scoops whey protein
- 8 raspberries
- 4 strawberries
- 15 blueberries
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 handful ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blend on high until smooth.
